What you will need: 1. Central African Republic Visa Application Form- Two (2) duly filled and signed application forms. Click Central African Republic for the application. Valid US passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry and at least 3 or more blank pages 3. Two (2) colored 2 inches x 2 inches passport photographs (should be identical); 4. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary showing your name as well as travel information. 5. A letter from the applicant’s employer confirming that the applicant will return back to U.S.A in order to resume his/her duties after the visit; or a letter from the airline company or a travel organization guaranteeing onward return air ticket. 6. International Certificate of vaccination against Yellow Fever. 7. Invitation letter from the Central African Republic provided by your host/sponsor.
