What you will need:
1. Valid US passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry and at least 3 or more blank pages
2. Proof of USA residency permit is required if traveling with non-USA passport.
3. Cape Verde Visa Application Form- One (1) dully filled and signed application form. Click Cape Verde Visa App for the application. Because the application changes on occasion, we’ve also provided a link to the Cape Verde Embassy Website so you may get the most recent version directly from the Embassy website.
4. Two Recent passport-size photographs must be attached.
5. A business letter from either the sending company in the US or sponsoring company in Cape Verde. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to the Embassy of Cape Verde, and signed by a senior manager. Business letters from US companies should adhere to the following guidelines:
• Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
• State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Cape Verde.
• Specify the Type and desired Validity of the visa (ie. one year multiple entry business visa).
• Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel.
